Rachel Miller Manchester Scholarship Fund
Established by Grace Manchester in 1922 to provide scholarships to deserving students at the University at Buffalo. Must complete the FAFSA, have financial need and academic merit. Preference to juniors or seniors who have completed at least one (1) full year’s work at the University at Buffalo.
