Originally established in 1993 by Joyce J. and John D. Milligan and Family. Must be a junior or senior History major in good academic standing. Criteria also include attitude, personality, citizenship and leadership. Must be a resident of Western New York. Preference to students traditionally underrepresented in higher education. Must complete the FAFSA since preference will also be given to students with financial need. Renewable.
