Established by Marilyn Z. Shine, MSW ’74 and her husband, Jerome D. Shine. Must be a second year graduate student in the School of Social work with a primary focus in the study of domestic violence. Preference given to those that demonstrate financial need. Must achieve high academic merit.
Financial need is considered for eligibility of this opportunity. Applicants should file an annual FAFSA. Students ineligible to file a FAFSA may demonstrate financial need on the General Application by selecting “Yes” to the Financial Hardship question and providing a brief summary of their circumstances (if “No,” leave blank).
