E. Alberta Riggs Memorial Scholarship Fund

Established in 1991 by Jasmine Mulcahey. Must be a graduate student in the Department of Information Science in the Graduate School of Education. Must achieve high academic merit or indicate dedication through work experience in the field of Information Science.

Financial need is considered for eligibility of this opportunity. Applicants should file an annual FAFSA. Students ineligible to file a FAFSA may demonstrate financial need on the General Application by selecting “Yes” to the Financial Hardship question and providing a brief summary of their circumstances (if “No,” leave blank).
