Established by Anthony M. Romano in 2026. Must be an undergraduate student majoring in a Human Resources concentration in the School of Management. Must achieve academic merit with a GPA of 3.25 or higher.

Financial need is considered for eligibility of this opportunity. Applicants should file an annual FAFSA. Students ineligible to file a FAFSA may demonstrate financial need on the General Application by selecting “Yes” to the Financial Hardship question and providing a brief summary of their circumstances (if “No,” leave blank).
