Bukowski & Kagetsu Family Medical Student Scholarship

Established by Timothy P. Bukowski, MD ’87, and Naomi J. Kagetsu, MD ’86, in 2025. Must be a medical student majoring in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. This award may be renewable as long as the student continues to demonstrate financial need.

Financial need is considered for eligibility of this opportunity. Applicants should file an annual FAFSA. Students ineligible to file a FAFSA may demonstrate financial need on the General Application by selecting “Yes” to the Financial Hardship question and providing a brief summary of their circumstances (if “No,” leave blank).
