Swaran Vasu International Honors Engineering Scholarship

Established by Avtar S. Vasu MS ’93. Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and the UB Honors College with demonstrated financial need. The student must also have experience living internationally. The recipient will be selected jointly by the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and the UB Honors College. This scholarship will be renewable as long as the recipient remains in good standing in the Honors College and in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Financial need is considered for eligibility of this opportunity. Applicants should file an annual FAFSA. Students ineligible to file a FAFSA may demonstrate financial need on the General Application by selecting “Yes” to the Financial Hardship question and providing a brief summary of their circumstances (if “No,” leave blank).
