Western New York Medical Scholarship Fund - Catholic Health

Established by Catholic Health System to provide scholarships to a 3rd and 4th year medical student who graduated from a high school located in one of the eight counties of WNY. Preference given to students that have an expressed interest in practicing primary care (pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, or obstetrics and gynecology) in one the eight counties of WNY.

Scholarship recipients must commit to practicing in WNY for a minimum of five years following the completion of their medical school and residency training.

The recipient(s) should also be direct family members of Catholic Health Associates or of a physician-member of Catholic Health Medical Partners.
