Established by by Drs. Henry J. and Bonita R. Durand, PhD ’02, MS ’93 in 2018.

The Durand Scholarship can provide support for traditional academic expenses such as tuition, room and board, required fees, course-related books, supplies and equipment, or provide financial assistance for non-traditional academic expenses (such as costs associated with transportation to and from Western New York to attend UB; childcare; completing fieldwork, data collection and/or analysis; presenting a paper; attending a professional conference; participating in faculty-mentored engagement experiences and other learning opportunities).
