Professor James J. Whalen Student Scholarship

Established by Dr. Elizabeth A. Whalen in 2022. Must be a junior majoring in the in the Department of Electrical Engineering within the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences with a GPA of at least a 3.00. Preference given to students demonstrate financial need. Domestic students must complete the FAFSA; international students must submit a financial need statement via the general application. . Student must submit a short statement explaining how they became interested in electrical engineering and how the scholarship would be helpful to their success at UB.
