Phillips Lytle Inclusive Excellence Scholarship
Established in 2021 by Phillips Lytle LLP in order to promote inclusive excellence, this fund was created to remove barriers to access and advancement for students in the School of Law. Will provide financial support to School of Law students who demonstrate academic excellence.
Selection for the program includes:
- $10,000 tuition scholarship toward a UB Law student
- A mentor from Phillips Lytle assigned (after completion of the 1L year)
- A summer associate position at Phillips Lytle (after completion of the 2L year)
Requirements:
- One page essay required (minimum of 3 paragraphs, max of 400 words) explaining why you are deserving of this opportunity AND why you would like to work for Phillips Lytle
- Current resume
- 1st and 2nd semester grades will be reviewed after the spring semester
- Interviews will be held in June
- Recipient(s) will be selected and notified by June 30th
