Established in 1979 by Dr. Mark W. Welch and the IBM Corporation. Must be a student majoring in Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Must demonstrate financial need. Domestic students must complete the FAFSA; international students must submit a financial need statement via the general application.
