Delbert Mullens "Thinking Outside the Box" Award

Must be a PhD student majoring in the Graduate School of Education and demonstrate exceptional creativity in the way they deal with their studies, with their involvement in, and service to, the community and the world, and with their personal life circumstances. Must demonstrate financial need. Domestic students must complete the FAFSA; international students must submit a financial need statement via the general application. Must achieve high academic merit , Must have graduated from a high school within one of the eight counties of Western New York.
