Established by James A. Russell, PhD ’72. Must be an incoming freshmen who has graduated from Williamsville South High School in Williamsville, NY. Must complete the FAFSA, have financial need and have maintained a high school average of 3.6 GPA or better. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years at UB, if a 3.00 GPA is maintained each year.
