Established in 1947 by Josephine Hoyer Orton in memory of her father, Dr. Frederick F. Hoyer, class of 1849. Must be a student in Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Must demonstrate financial need. Domestic students must complete the FAFSA; international students must submit a financial need statement via the general application.
