Arup Diversity in Engineering Scholarship

Established by Arup in 2023 to support a junior or senior student majoring in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Must have a minimum 3.00 GPA and be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States. This is a non-tuition scholarship to help with expenses including but not limited to fees, books, and room and board. Preference given to students who are underrepresented in engineering and to those with relevant experience or interest in the built environment.
Scholarship recipient may also receive an in-person internship offer, pending a phone interview. During the internship at Arup’s New York office, recipients will have the chance to work with industry awarded engineers and specialists. They will also get the opportunity to work on exciting and significant projects, delivering quality work that has a positive and lasting influence on the community and the environment.
