As a sophomore, you can apply for the Western New York Sophomore Externship Experience @ UB.
1. Earn $4,000 minus the cost of one credit of tuition and fees.

As an extern, you get paid to gain experience, build your network, develop your leadership skills, and see how you can make a difference in our community. Students who are curious and creative are strongly encouraged to apply. The externs selected will earn $4,000 over the course of the program period, minus the cost of one credit of tuition and fees.

During the Western New York Sophomore Externship Experience (SEE) program, you spend about 5 hours per day (Mon.-Thurs.) onsite/hybrid at the host company and Fridays focused on curated professional development programming facilitated by UB.

The WNY Sophomore Externship Experience @ UB is supported through an annual gift from the Prentice Family Foundation. It is operated by the Startup and Innovation Collaboratory powered by Blackstone LaunchPad with support from numerous campus partners
