Paul Demartinis Athletic Training Student Support Fund

Applications from students that are not currently enrolled in UB’s Athletic Training program cannot be considered. This fund supports graduate students who enroll in UB’s athletic training educational programs and current UB athletic trainers who are pursuing continuing education in the School of Public Health and Health Professions.Students are required to answer the questions based on their designation (first year, second year) in the Athletic Training program. Complete all short answer questions, and second year students are required to submit reference information from a preceptor.
