Salvatore Privitera Scholarship
Established by Salvatore Privitera, BS ’88 in 2023. Must be a full-time, undergraduate student majoring in Biomedical Engineering in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Must be in good academic standing with the school and with the Office of Student Conduct and have financial need. Preference given to students with at least one parent who is an immigrant to the United States, who has become a US citizen or is in the process of applying for citizenship. If chosen, Privitera Scholars will be expected to participate in a mentorship program while receiving the scholarship. This scholarship is renewable for up to three (3) years if the student maintains eligibility and funds are available.
