William E. Townsend Scholarship Fund

In 1992, William E. Townsend, BA ’50, created these scholarships for freshmen in the natural sciences. Preference to chemistry majors, Western New Yorkers, and those with outstanding personal character. Must complete the FAFSA since financial need may be considered. This scholarship is available for renewal if scholars remain in good academic standing.
