Department of Accounting and Law Fellowship

Must be accepted to the MS of Accounting program at UB. Must complete the FAFSA, and have financial need. Must be a US citizen or have a permanent resident visa. Must have an overall GPA at graduation from the BS in Accounting program of 3.3 or higher, and a GPA in upper level accounting courses (MGA 301, 302, 311, 312, 402, 403, 404) of 3.0 or higher. A final check of grades will be made following graduation from the BS in Accounting program. Students who will have a TA or GA position with a tuition waiver are ineligible for this fellowship.

These $5,000 fellowships are based upon a full year of academic study. The payments will be disbursed $2,500 per semester, with the second payment contingent on achieving a GPA of 3.3 or higher for the first semester.
