Dr. & Mrs. Joseph A. Chazan Medical Scholarship Fund

Established in 1985 by Dr. Joseph A. Chazan. Must be a medical student majoring in Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, who prior to admission, are from Western New York. Must complete the FAFSA and have financial need.
