Richard E. Garman Endowment Fund

Established in 2002 by Richard E. Garman. Must be accepted into a graduate program in civil, structural or environmental engineering in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Must demonstrate financial need; domestic students complete the FAFSA and international students submit a financial need statement in the general application. Students should also have a strong record of academic achievement and an interest in environmental issues.
