William G. Weppner, BS EE ‘59

William G. Weppner, BS EE ’59, established this fund to honor Paul E. Mohn (1946-59), who was named the first dean of UB’s new engineering school in 1946, and who had a direct and positive impact on Weppner’s life and career.

The scholarship is given to deserving undergraduate students in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences to defray book costs, with preference given to students of Native American descent. A faculty and staff committee chooses the recipients.
